I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT HOLDING SACRED SPACE FOR TRANSFORMATIVE ADVENTURES
I have been guiding people through somatic experience since I was 16 years old. Now in my mid-50’s, I am thrilled to continue learning more and more about the powerful Body/Mind connection and offering a variety of workshops, classes, & retreats.
A sample of some of my offerings include: Yoga, Goddess Circles, Ecstatic Dance, Pole Dance, Shakti Dance, Women’s Empowerment, Ceremonies/Rituals for Life Cycles (seasons, moons, loss, feminine cycles, marriage, divorce-etc) & Couples Intimacy/Tantra/Bodywork Workshops.

Ecstatic Dance is a community-based, freestyle dance class that encourages participants to move freely and intuitively. Any form of movement is valid and accepted. Even stillness. If you just want to sit and watch, absorbing the good vibes is fine as well. Move as much or s little as you want. Do whatever feels good to you, because that is what it is all about - connecting to your body, your breath, your emotions, your spirit.
Ecstatic dance is a movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container, fostering a therapeutic and joyful environment. It’s a space for freedom, to just BE, to feel, to express, to let go, to go within or just get playful.
