My Coaching Style

My coaching style draws from a vast toolbox of powerful skills and a rich tapestry of life experience. I believe that practice, continual training, self-inquiry, and lived experience are essential for building the kind of vessel through which authentic teachings can truly flow. I remain a lifelong student — dedicated to ongoing personal and spiritual growth.

As a devoted yoga practitioner, bodyworker, and divine feminine embodiment teacher, I bring a unique blend of wisdom and embodied awareness to my work. My own lived experience in trauma healing, self-development, and recovery allows me to hold space with compassion, depth, and understanding.

I also believe that joy, pleasure, playfulness, art, dance, music, writing, time in nature, and connection are vital parts of the healing and transformation process. We celebrate all along the way — because change doesn’t have to be a painful slog. By embracing the power of pleasure, we can illuminate the path of growth and make transformation a more vibrant, life-affirming experience.

I have been teaching somatic classes in one form or another since 1986. My teaching history includes:

YOGA & FITNESS

Aerobics, personal training, Kripalu yoga, HIIT fitness, vinyasa flow, therapeutic, and chair yoga. A year long immersion of the Yama and Niyamas.

DANCE

Ecstatic dance, exotic dance, pole dance, couples lap dance workshops, bachelorette sexy dance parties, goddess groove, Kundalini dance and Shakti Rising workshops.

PLEASURE & INTIMACY

Couples yoga and intimacy workshops, couples lap dance workshops, couples tantra workshops, conscious kink workshops, yoni power workshop, The power of touch workshop, thai massage & intimacy workshops.

RETREATS

I taught yoga and dance on amazing retreats in Belize, Costa Rica, Portugal, Columbia and England as well as local retreats.
