For the past 30+ years I has been immersed in the somatic field, helping people feel better in their bodies, calm their nervous systems, cultivate pleasure, ignite passion, and to guide them on a path of discovery and recovery of their true selves.
I offer a holistic and transformational approach to coaching, classes, and bodywork - exploring ways to free the mind through the wisdom of the body with a neurobiological evidence based approach.
At the heart of everything I do is Embodied Liberation—the practice of opening yourself to the life force that wants to move through you.
It’s about releasing the blockages that keep you stuck, numb, or disconnected from your own power. When you unlock that energy, it doesn’t just change one thing—it creates seismic shifts in every part of your life.

For as long as I can remember, I have been a seeker—gathering the knowledge, practices, and wisdom needed to feel, live, and thrive in this life.
I am endlessly fascinated by the latest research on the brain, the heart, consciousness, healing trauma, sacred sexuality, and recovery, as well as the timeless wisdom of ancient philosophies and nature-based healing.
I love learning and growing, constantly elevating my own state of being. There is nothing quite like feeling centered, strong, stable, secure, sober, and sensually alive.
My deepest desire is to help you feel the absolute best you can, so you can awaken to your truest, most empowered self.
By integrating Tantra, Taoist sexual cultivation, somatics, nervous system regulation, energy work, and ritual arts, I guide women, men, couples and groups, in transforming their relationship to desire, intimacy, pleasure, and self-mastery.
