I am Passionate about Teaching!
I have been teaching somatic classes in one form or another since 1986. My teaching history includes:
YOGA & FITNESS
Aerobics, personal training, Kripalu yoga, HIIT fitness, vinyasa flow, therapeutic, and chair yoga. A year long immersion of the Yama and Niyamas.
DANCE
Ecstatic dance, exotic dance, pole dance, couples lap dance workshops, bachelorette sexy dance parties, goddess groove, Kundalini dance and Shakti Rising workshops.
INTIMACY
Couples yoga and intimacy workshops, couples lap dance workshops, couples tantra workshops, conscious kink workshops, Yoni power workshop, The Power of Touch workshop, Thai massage & intimacy workshops.
RETREATS
I taught yoga and dance on amazing retreats in Belize, Costa Rica, Portugal, Columbia and England as well as local retreats.
